Frequently asked questions
Will pressure cleaning damage my surfaces?+
Not when the pressure and nozzle are matched to the surface. We assess concrete, pavers, render, timber and painted surfaces separately and use lower pressure with the right detergent where high pressure would etch or lift.
Can you remove chewing gum and oil stains?+
Yes. Gum is lifted with hot water and steam; oil and grease on car parks and loading docks are pre-treated with a degreaser before pressure washing.
How often should exteriors be pressure cleaned?+
Most car parks, entries and walkways are done quarterly or six-monthly, with a pre-audit or pre-lease clean as needed. We'll recommend a frequency on the walkthrough.
