Questions facility managers ask
Can we start with some of our sites rather than all of them?+
Yes. Every site is priced on its own, so you can trial us on one or two before moving the rest — and with a 30-day exit, a trial is a real trial.
Do you subcontract in other states?+
No. Our cleaners are directly employed, police-checked and in our uniform in every state and territory. The team at your Perth site works to the same checklist and inspection cycle as the team at your Melbourne one.
How do we know a clean actually happened?+
Each visit is signed in on site through our app, with the checklist ticked and the work photographed. Supervisors also inspect every site after hours every three weeks and score what they find.
What do you need from us to quote a portfolio?+
A list of addresses and a contact for site access. We'll walk each site, then send one proposal with every site priced separately, usually within 48 hours of the last walkthrough.
Can you supply insurance certificates and compliance documents for our procurement process?+
Yes — our certifications, prequalification and insurance details are ready to go with the proposal. See the accreditations page for what we hold.
Are we locked into a contract?+
No. There is no lock-in: any site can leave with 30 days' notice, and if something isn't right we fix it within 24 hours.
